Board Meetings
Board Meetings are typically held on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 6pm in the Clubhouse Annex building. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
If you have an issue that you would like to discuss, and/or get your issue on the agenda, please call the Clubhouse Manager one week prior to the meeting.
Please arrive at the beginning of the meeting. All meetings start with a Public/Homeowners Comments agenda item.
Moving In
Welcome!
You are now a homeowner in our delightful community! Once your closing is confirmed by our office staff, a welcome packet will be mailed to you. Inside will be the Summerlakes Handbook, and the necessary paperwork to get you registered as a resident. Return your paperwork to the Clubhouse Office, get your ID cards made, and you're ready to use our facilities and join in the events. Be sure to leave us your e-mail address so we can send you our monthly newsletter to keep you in the loop.
Moving Out
We're Sad to See You Go!
If you are selling your home and moving out of Summerlakes, you will need to contact the Clubhouse office at least 2 weeks prior to your closing date. You will be issued a Request for Closing form (or print one out below). This will need to be filled out and submitted with a $100.00 processing fee. Your closing packet will then be prepared and available for pick-up, or mailed to your attorney in time for the closing.
Be sure to let us know if you are on auto-pay through us for your assessments so we can cancel your monthly payments; also let us know if you would like to unsubscribe from our e-mail list.
