Architecture & Landscape Changes
Landscaping across the common property is handled in-house. Current services provided by our maintenance manager and part-time staff includes weekly mowing in the summer, care of tree, bushes and shrubs, removal of organic landscaping waste, and maintenance of our ponds.
In the winter, we provide snow plowing of the Clubhouse parking lot and main sidewalks to Johnson School as well.
The Homeowners' Association allows owners to make minor architectural changes to their unit as described in the "By-Laws" and "Rules and Regulations" documents currently in effect. These changes require approval of the Architectural Committee, if standing, or the Board of Directors. If you're considering making modifications, please consult the documents first, then contact the Site Manager. Be prepared to submit an architectural drawing to the Board for consideration.
