SUMMERLAKES BRIDGE
The bridge over Continental Drive needs work. We have been able to do some things in-house but as it continues to deteriorate and building codes change, the Board has come to the realization that the work will need to be done at least in part by outside contractors. We have been getting assessments of and bids for the needed work and frankly it is higher priced than we had expected. At this point we are looking at three possibilities: make the needed repairs and improvements, then continue with maintenance; remove and replace the bridge; demolish the bridge altogether.
Before any major changes are made the Board would like input from the SHA residents. Please contact the Board either online, with a note sent to or left at the Clubhouse, or by coming to a meeting. The next Board meeting will be Thursday, May 8th at 6:00 p.m. and the next Architectural and Maintenance meeting will be Thursday, May 22nd at 7:00 p.m. Homeowners are always welcome at either.

Summerlakes Clubhouse Hours
The hours of operation for the Clubhouse during the Summer months are as follows:
- Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday-Sunday 11:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m.
- Daily Pool Hours 11:00 am to 8:30 pm
The hours of operation for the Clubhouse during the Fall and Winter months are as follows:
- Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday-Sunday 11:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
Location
Summerlakes is located about 30 miles west of Chicago, Illinois in the city of Warrenville. To visit just take I-88 to the Route 59 exit and proceed north for about 1.5 miles. The development is just west of Route 59 between Butterfield Road and Mack Road. The main entrance is on Continental Drive, just west of Route 59.
